This resort and spa hotel offers everything a guest may wish for to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Arriving late after more than 12 hours travel, I was greeted by two ladies at the reception with huge welcoming smiles and asking me, if they could do anything during my stay plus being aware that I had traveled for a long time. I was greeted by a welcoming drink and a sandwich that was waiting in my room. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine and sparkling in the fridge. The room was very spacious and had a lovely sea view from a huge balcony. After work late at night I was able to have a relaxing hour in the indoor heated swimming pool. The surroundings of the hotel with an outdoor pool were just amazing - the decor of the hotel was very professional and relaxing at the same time. When asking how to travel the next day to Limassol, the receptionist couldn't have been nicer plus I got a late check out for free. I certainly will try my best to return to this hotel for a holiday as I know it will be just perfect. Couldn't have a better experience! Many thanks to all staff involved.

We took an all inclusive package. All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were of a very high standard! Breakfast and lunch were in the buffet with a large selection of food every day. We ate the 2 dinners in different restaurants (there are 6 restaurants in the complex) - a local/Cypriot restaurant and an Asian restaurant. The room is very large and spacious with a view of the pool and the sea, 2 single beds (as we requested), a large closet, a TV, a bathtub and everything in a beautiful and calm design. A large and clean pool with a swim-up bar, a small private beach on a cliff with a sea view. Full of activities for children and adults. I went to a stretching/yoga class and also in the evening we saw an aerial acrobatics show. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from the city center, we rented a car and every day we drove and returned in time for meals and the pool. There is parking at the hotel (free). The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Because we came late at night they brought us food and drinks to the room in advance. We will absolutely go back there in the future

We took the all-inclusive package and it exceeded our expectations - the cocktails were so good and unlimited, there was a bar inside the pool so it was really cool. The food in the main restaurant was great and had a lot of variety. The package also included dinners in a variety of restaurants inside the hotel - Italian, Mexican, Asian and Cyprus food. All dishes were really good and the atmosphere was truly amazing, every restaurant was outside in a different place and a different vibe, really quiet and pleasant. Room and staff were great, our air conditioner stopped working once and the staff came and solved it immediately. Everyone was very welcoming and nice, we really felt pampered. Near the hotel was a lovely path to the beach, and a very nice view.

Never forgetting Christalla at quest relations where we had a friendly chat and made us feel special in our stay. Thank you for an amazing experience.
